Refund policy

Items once dispatched cannot be returned. Niyoush Jewellery does not take any responsibility for any damage done to items during transit. 

In case of any issues with a product, we can exchange it with any product from our collections within the same price bracket. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our products, once shipped, cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
